Shipping Policy and Information (Updated August 2026)

We ship from Australia to most countries in the world.

If in stock, goods will be dispatched within 5 days. Made-to-order items may take up to 3 weeks for completion, plus 2 weeks transit.

Tracking updates will be available for all shipments.

As at 2026, the carriers we use are Australia Post and DHL.

We do not accept responsibility for the arrival or condition of items returned to us.

Import Duties & Taxes

There may be tax or duties payable on landed goods in your specific country. Please check with your relevant national authorities before making a purchase. 

Australia: +10% GST

USA: Tariffs are subject to change, approximately +18%

UK: +20% VAT

DAMAGED GOODS

If the goods were damaged in transit by the carrier, please contact us to discuss a replacement.
